These have a very light shade of blue, and are in the 1/2/3 ratio (ie. with quite a big centre dot) favoured in the early war period, and by some manufacturers, especially Nieuport, throughout the war. Please note that they're not generally suitable for SPAD and other late-war aircraft - although some license-built SPADs had 1/2/3 roundels, most had the British-style 1/3/5 with a much smaller centre dot.
